We are looking for a talented email marketing manager and a social media wizard to join our team!
You will
Design and manage targeted email campaigns comprising of customer retention and lead acquisition campaigns
Identify target audience and segmenting mailing lists for targeted email campaigns using existing information on customer behaviour
Undertake email performance reporting, drawing actionable insights to help continuously optimise email performance
Draft compelling and effective creative email and content copy, understanding the needs of the buyer and ensuring that all content is proof-read and signed off within agreed approval processes
Delivery of quality, high value leads to the sales organisation
Develop a Campaign Calendar to ensure the visibility of future Campaign requirements are captured and delivery of these Campaigns can be planned in and achieved in across the range of businesses in Asset Finance and Leasing
Working with Telesales and Sales team to schedule in follow up to email campaigns when required and feedback on metrics and leads generated
Using analytics tools to report findings and improvements on all email campaigns. Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Requirements

Being involved and connected to social media trends;
Excellent overall writing skills;
Great research, organizational and learning skills;
Impeccable spelling and grammar (Advanced English/ Romanian are mandatory);
A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online.
