Our team combines registry expertise, data engineering, financial intelligence and AI to transform fragmented records into a clear view of each business — from legal identity and financial performance to directors, shareholders, ownership structures and corporate relationships.

Since 2015
Company registries were never designed to work together. We connected them source by source, standardising different formats, languages and filing systems into one global data model. That foundation took a decade to build, and it cannot be replicated overnight.
How it works
Eight steps between a filing cabinet in one country and a clean, checkable record in your system. The source survives every one of them.
Incorporation, accounts, officers, ownership. Filed with a government registry, under legal obligation.
Pulled directly from the registry in its native format, across 400+ sources and 200+ countries.
OCR turns the filed document into text. Our models extract the fields — names, numbers, dates, shareholdings — and flag anything that needs a human.
Filings arrive in the registry's own language and script. Fields are normalised to English, with the original kept alongside.
Entities resolved, fields normalised, ownership walked and linked across borders.
Financials, officers, corporate linkage and screening results appended to the registry core. One record instead of five lookups.
API, platform or bulk file — with the provenance attached to the record, not stored in a footnote.
The registry is monitored perpetually. When a filing changes, the record changes and you are told — not at renewal.
Our DNA
Each one costs us something, and the cost is written next to it. That is how you can tell they are real.
When a registry has not filed it, we say so, rather than passing off a guess as fact. What is sourced is marked sourced. What is modelled is marked modelled.
Storage and engineering on every record we return. It would be cheaper to drop the source. We keep it.
Registries that break weekly, and some that barely qualify as digital. We maintain them anyway.
