Every account in your CRM, resolved to a registered legal entity.
- ✓Duplicate accounts merged automatically
- ✓Missing firmographics written back to your CRM
- ✓Every field cites the register and filing date
Global Database reads your HubSpot, Salesforce or Dynamics 365 database, matches each record against government registries and writes back what was missing.
A CRM decays quietly. You find out at the worst possible moment.
Enriched once, at import, then left alone
Registries publish changes every working day: names, addresses, directors, status, ownership. Your CRM holds the version it was handed on day one, and the gap widens every quarter nobody looks.
Five passes, in this order.
Match to the register
Each record resolves to a single legal entity in a national register, not to a website or a brand. Identifiers first, attributes only after.
Merge the duplicates
Records resolving to the same entity are grouped. You choose the survivor and which fields win. Nothing disappears without a merge log.
Standardise the fields
Legal name in registry form, address in postal form, country in ISO code, industry in a classification your reporting already runs on.
Complete what is missing
Firmographics, financials, identifiers and ownership land in the fields you nominate. Populated fields stay untouched unless you say otherwise.
Keep it current
A matched record stays connected to its register entry. When a filing changes something, the field changes with it and the change is logged.
The registration number is the whole point. Once a CRM record carries the number the government issued, sales, finance, legal and compliance are finally arguing about the same company.
Every field arrives with its source attached.

A modelled value says so on the field, and a value we do not hold stays empty. We will not fill a gap with an estimate and let it pass as filed.
Industry codes are local, and nearly all of them are mid-revision.
| Scheme | Applies to | Depth | In force now | What is changing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NACE Rev. 2.1Eurostat | EU and EEA | Section, division, group, class · 4 digits | Since 1 Jan 2025 | Replaced NACE Rev. 2 under Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/137. Transmission phases in by statistical domain through 2031, so both versions circulate. |
| UK SIC 2007ONS · Companies House | United Kingdom | 5-digit sub-class | SIC 2007 | ONS published UK SIC 2026 on 28 April 2026, with 668 classes across 22 sections. Companies House has not set a mandatory adoption date, so filings still carry SIC 2007. |
| NAICS 2022Census · StatCan · INEGI | United States, Canada, Mexico | 6 digits | NAICS 2022 | The 2027 revision is out for public comment. OMB publishes the updated structure during 2026 and NAICS 2027 becomes available in January 2027. |
| WZ 2025Statistisches Bundesamt | Germany | 5-digit sub-class | Since 1 Jan 2025 | 983 sub-classes against 839 under WZ 2008, so a single old code can split several ways. Both editions run in parallel while statistical areas migrate. |
| ATECO 2025Istat | Italy | National extension of NACE | Since 1 Jan 2025 | Operational in the Registro Imprese since 1 April 2025, replacing ATECO 2007. Chambers of commerce reassigned codes automatically using the Istat conversion table. |
| NAF rev. 2Insee · code APE | France | 5 characters, e.g. 62.01Z | NAF rev. 2 | NAF 2025 was approved by decree in July 2025 and applies from 1 January 2027. Through 2026 the Sirene register shows both the current APE code and the future one. |
| ISIC Rev. 5UN Statistics Division | Global reference | 4 digits | Rev. 5 | Endorsed in 2023. Countries adapted their national classifications and business registers across 2025 and 2026 and implement from 2027, which is why every other row on this table is moving. It is also what lets a German WZ code and a US NAICS code sit in the same report without being restated by hand. |

Same matching, same field set and the same source attribution on all three. What differs is only where the enrichment is triggered from.
