Assess private companies on their filed accounts.

We collect the original filings from 400+ government registers, read the scanned and paper ones with OCR, and extract the line items. Every figure comes back with its source, its filing and the date it was last updated.

Building the same balance sheet across countries means solving the same problem twice.

Accounts are filed by format, not by function. A German HGB filing, a French liasse fiscale and a UK abridged set have nothing in common.

01
The filings aren't standardised at all.Every jurisdiction has its own format.

A German HGB filing, a French liasse fiscale and a UK abridged set share no schema. Each line resolves to the same field, with the original filing still attached to it.

02
The registers publish the filing, not the data. Not every filing is born digital.

A German HGB filing, a French liasse fiscale and a UK abridged set share no schema. Each line resolves to the same field, with the original filing still attached to it.

03
The filings are in the local language.Captions resolved across languages and scripts.

Umsatzerlöse, chiffre d'affaires and turnover are one line in three languages. A register will not tell you that. We do it once, so you never do it again.

04
Update frequency differs country by country. We track each register's cadence and re-read daily.

Deadlines, filing windows and publication lags are set by the register, not by your review calendar.

We built the whole path, from the register to the figure.

The filing is collected by us, read by us and published by us. That unbroken path is the reason a figure still carries its filing when someone reviews your file months later.

01

We collect the filing

Direct connections to the registers themselves. No intermediary holds the document before we do.

02

We read the document

OCR and AI across every page. A scanned or paper filing becomes line items, rather than an attachment someone opens by hand.

03

We extract and map

Line items pulled out and resolved to one financial model, across templates, languages and scripts.

04

We attach the evidence

Register, filing reference and last-updated date travel with every figure we publish.

You hear when they file, not at the next review.

Accounts land at the register on the company's timetable, not yours. Every company you monitor is re-read daily, so a new filing, a late filing or a change in the numbers reaches you the day it appears.

These are the financial fields in our data dictionary. The same field means the same thing whether the accounts were filed in Manchester, Munich or Milan, and each one arrives with the filing it was read from and the date it was last updated.

Search a company, open its filed accounts and export the history. Built for analysts working one file at a time.

APIREST · JSON

Deterministic endpoints for financials, officers, ownership and credit, plus agentic Regis queries. Both run on one key, priced per result rather than per token.

Bulk dataCSV · S3 · SFTP

Full financial history by file, loaded into your own warehouse or model. Reseller and derivative rights available.

CRMSalesforce · HubSpot · Dynamics

Filed financials written onto the record your team already works in, so the accounts sit next to the account rather than in another tab.

Claude & ChatGPTCONNECTOR

One-click connectors for both assistants. Ask for a company's accounts in plain language and get the filed figures back.

MCP serverENDPOINT

Our MCP server exposes the platform as tools to Claude and any other Model Context Protocol client, on the same key and the same provenance fields.

Regis AIIn platform · API · Agentic

Our own AI model, built into the platform interface and available over the API. Ask a question that spans filings, entities or borders and it plans which registers can answer, calls them, and hands back every value with its register, reference and timestamp.

Start with a company you are looking at this week.

Bring one private company you are assessing. We will pull its filed accounts, its ten-year history and the group around it, live.

Questions credit and deal teams ask before they trust a number.

Where do the financials come from?

From the accounts the company filed at its own register. We hold direct connections to more than 400 government registers and collect the filings ourselves, so you are buying from the source rather than from someone who bought it from the source.

What if a company has not filed?

The field is shown as missing and the register that is silent is named. A gap stays a gap, because an unfiled or overdue account is itself a signal and you should be able to see it.

How do you get figures out of a scanned filing?

Where a register publishes XBRL we take the tagged data directly. Where it does not, the document is retrieved, read page by page with OCR, and the line items are extracted by models trained on filing formats. Either way the value keeps a reference to the filing it came from, so the figure and the evidence never come apart.

How far back does the history go?

Up to ten years of filings where the register publishes them, so you can compare the same line across years on the company's own basis rather than on a standardised one.

Which countries publish full accounts?

It varies, and the page will tell you which. Some registers publish full statutory accounts, some publish abridged or micro-entity accounts, and some publish very little. Coverage per country is set out in the data dictionary rather than averaged into a single claim.

How is this different from Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's or Bureau van Dijk?

Their strength is a standardised record built for comparability across a portfolio. Ours is depth and proximity to the document: the filing itself, the history around it, and the group it sits in. Many teams use both, for different jobs.

Do you provide anything for companies that file almost nothing?

Yes. Micro-entities and exempt companies often file no profit and loss at all, so we publish a modelled revenue estimate alongside whatever was filed. It is labelled as an estimate everywhere it appears and is never mixed into the filed figures.

Can we redistribute the financials in our own product?

Yes, under licence. Internal use, customer-facing display and redistribution are licensed and priced separately, and identifiers stay open so what you build is not locked to us.

How do we get it into our models?

Bulk files into your warehouse, REST endpoints for on-demand pulls, or the MCP server and Regis for question-led work. The same figures and the same filing references reach you either way.

How is it priced?

Per result rather than per token, with volume and commitment agreed up front. Redistribution rights are priced as part of the licence rather than added afterwards.
