Master every company record. Authoritatively.

Global Database resolves the company records in your CRM, ERP, and billing systems against 600M+ registry-verified profiles from 400+ government sources. One golden record per company. Synced daily, with the filing to prove it.

Official government registries

We collect company data directly from 400+ government registries in 200+ countries — never from aggregators or third parties.

Every value shows its source

Each field comes with the registry name, a link to the official filing, and the date we retrieved it — ready for any audit.

Use it in your own products

Our licensing lets you embed, redistribute, and resell the data — with no proprietary identifiers locking you in.

The golden record

Every field traces back to a filing.

Most MDM programs fail at the reference data layer: the master record is only as trustworthy as the source behind it. Global Database anchors each master record to the legal identity a government registry holds — so every attribute carries a registry name, a filing link, and a retrieval timestamp.

01

Legal identity

Registered name, company number, incorporation date, and legal form — exactly as the registry of record holds them, in 200+ jurisdictions.

02

Registered status

Active, dormant, in liquidation, or dissolved. Status changes surface in the daily sync, so a closed customer never survives another quarter in your CRM.

03

Corporate hierarchy

Parents, subsidiaries, and ultimate ownership from shareholder filings. Roll revenue up to the group level and de-duplicate accounts across entities.

04

Financials

Revenue, assets, and employee counts from statutory accounts — figures a company filed under legal obligation, with the filing attached.

05

Officers and ownership

Directors, secretaries, and shareholders with appointment dates, sourced from officer registers and beneficial ownership filings.

06

Source attribution

Registry name, direct filing link, and retrieval timestamp on every field. When audit, compliance, or a customer asks where a value came from, the answer is one click.

Every attribute in a golden record — legal identity, status, hierarchy, financials, officers — with the registry it comes from and the format it ships in.

Who runs on this

Every function breaks its master data differently.

Customer, vendor, and legal entity masters fail in different ways, for different owners, with different consequences. The remedy is the same in all three: anchor every record to the legal identity a government registry holds.

The same customer lives in seven systems under seven names.

Duplicate accounts split pipeline across owners, break territory rules, and make group-level revenue impossible to report. Nobody trusts the account list, so nobody acts on it.

What changes

Every account resolves to a registry identity carrying a group ID — matched on registration number, not on a name someone typed.

Duplicates collapse into one account
Subsidiaries roll up to the ultimate parent
Dissolved customers leave the forecast

Match. Enrich. Link. Maintain.

Five steps between the file you have and the master record you need. Each one reads the registry of record directly, and shows you the filing behind every value it writes back.

Send us your worst file. We will send back the match rate.

A no-commitment match test against your own CRM or ERP export: matched entities, duplicates found, fields we can fill, and the registries behind each one.

The answers buyers ask for first.

Still unsure? Send a file and see the result on your own data.

Where does the data actually come from?

Directly from more than 400 government registries across 200+ countries — company registers, tax authorities, and beneficial-ownership filings. No aggregators sit between the source and your record, so nothing reaches you second-hand.

How is this different from Dun & Bradstreet?

Two things. Every field carries its source — registry name, filing link, retrieval timestamp — so you can audit any value. And the records use open registry identifiers you own outright, rather than a proprietary number you rent and can never take with you.

What match rate should we expect?

It depends on your data, so we won't quote a number blind. Send a representative export and we'll return the actual rate against your file — matched entities, duplicates found, and the fields we can fill — before you commit to anything.

How often is the data refreshed?

Matched entities are monitored at their source registry and changes flow through a daily sync — status changes, address moves, new filings, and hierarchy updates land in your master record automatically.

Do we have to replace our MDM platform?

No. Global Database is the reference layer, not a platform. It feeds Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, or an in-house stack through connectors, files, and APIs — nothing you run today has to be rebuilt.

Can we resell or embed the data in our own product?

Yes. Licensing includes reseller and redistribution rights, so you can embed and resell the data downstream. Because identifiers are open, your customers aren't locked into a proprietary scheme either.

How do you handle corporate hierarchies?

Parents, subsidiaries, and ultimate owners are linked from shareholder filings, with a filing reference on every relationship. Accounts roll up to the group the way the legal structure actually works — not a modelled guess.

Are estimated figures labelled?

Yes. Filed figures come straight from statutory accounts with the filing attached. Where a value is modelled — estimated revenue or headcount, for example — it's labelled as modelled, never presented as filed.

How is the data delivered?

REST API for point-of-entry resolution, batch files over SFTP or cloud storage, native write-back to Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics, delivery into Snowflake or BigQuery, and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.

Is our uploaded file kept or shared?

Files sent for a match test are processed under NDA and deleted after the test. They are never added to the database or shared.
