Build target lists from 600M+ verified companies

Every record traces back to a government registry filing. Segment on the industry code a country actually uses, on filed accounts, on incorporation date and officer structure. Every row arrives carrying its registry identifier, so it lands in your CRM without creating duplicates.

01 / Problem

Your addressable market is not on LinkedIn

Most prospecting platforms are built on scraped social-media profiles with an email and a phone number added on top. That is a directory of the companies that chose to market themselves. It is not a record of the companies that exist.

01

Most vendors start with social media

sourcing
  • The record begins as a scraped profile, mainly LinkedIn.
  • An email and a phone number are added on top.
  • Nothing underneath it came from a register.

We start at the register. The company record is the filing itself, and the contact is attached to it.

02

A profile is not proof that a company exists

existence
  • Pages outlive dissolution.
  • Pages exist for entities that never traded.
  • The seller cannot tell which is which.

Status comes from the register, with the date it changed: active, dissolved, struck off, in liquidation.

03

The industry classification is generic and self-declared

classification
  • One global dropdown, one selection per company.
  • Editable at any time by whoever owns the page.
  • Whole markets collapse into a handful of buckets.

We carry the code the registrar assigned, in the scheme that market uses, with NACE and NAICS mapped alongside.

04

Revenue is an estimate dressed as a fact

revenue
  • Headcount inferred from how many people list the company.
  • Multiplied by a sector average.
  • Presented with no label saying it is an estimate.

Filed accounts appear as filed, with the filing date. Modelled fields are labelled modelled, every time.

05

Not every company is on LinkedIn

coverage
  • About 60 million companies have a LinkedIn page.
  • More than 600 million are on a government register.
  • The other 540 million never appear in a social-sourced list.

Our universe is the register: every entity a government has incorporated, whether or not it markets itself.

02 / Export

What actually lands in your CRM

Define a segment, press Export, and this is the file. Every row carries the identifier the government issued, the company’s status on the day you pulled it, and the registry each field came from. Your ops team can reconcile it against the source. Your compliance team can defend where it came from.

03 / Terms

Data you can keep, use and defend

Every enterprise deal reaches the point where procurement asks where the data came from and legal asks what you are allowed to do with it. Both answers are below, and both are in the contract.

Field-level provenance

Every attribute carries the registry it came from and the date it was retrieved. Nothing in the export is unattributed.

Open identifiers

Company numbers, VAT numbers and LEIs travel with the record. No proprietary key that only resolves inside our platform.

Redistribution rights

Bulk export, internal redistribution and downstream use are covered by the licence, including AI training terms where agreed.

04 / Taxonomy

One activity. Twelve national codes.

Every registry assigns its own classification, in its own language. We store the code the registrar issued and map NACE and NAICS beside it, so you can filter on the local scheme or on the cross-border rollup and export both.

06 / Signals

Buying signals, taken from the register

Every filed event carries a date and a source registry. These are not inferred intent scores built from browsing behaviour. Subscribe a segment and each change on it arrives daily, tagged by signal type and routed to the place your team works.

entityNew entity

A prospect incorporates a subsidiary. New market, new budget, new decision-maker, and nobody has called them yet.

capitalCapital change

Share capital increased or new investment registered. Their spending capacity changed this week, not last quarter.

peoplePeople change

A director or officer is appointed. The buying committee just reset, and incumbent vendors lose their champion.

financialsFinancials filed

Fresh accounts cross a revenue or headcount threshold. The account moves into your ICP on the day it files.

identityIdentity change

Registered name or legal form changes. Your CRM record is now wrong and your emails are going to a company that no longer answers to that name.

footprintFootprint change

Registered office moves, or a branch opens in a new country. Territory ownership and coverage change with it.

07 / Extension

08 / Automation

The list is the start, not the deliverable

Prospecting data that lives in a CSV decays from the moment it is downloaded. Ours is wired into the systems that run the motion, and it keeps correcting itself after delivery.

Eight ways in. One corpus, one key, the same provenance on every field.
01

Platform

Build a segment in the app and export the rows. No API, no engineering ticket.

02

API

Search, match and enrich in one call, straight inside your own tooling.

03

Bulk file

Send your account master as a file, get registry fields back beside your own columns.

04

CRM

Records land on the accounts you already own, deduplicated on registry identifier.

05

Browser extension

Resolve the legal entity behind any website or profile, then push it to the CRM.

06

Claude & ChatGPT

Ask for a segment in plain language and get the rows back with their sources attached.

07

Segment search and entity resolution exposed as tools to any MCP client, on the same key.

08

Regis AI

Describe a market and it plans which registers can answer, then returns every row sourced.

What buyers ask before they switch

How current is the company data?

Records are daily-synced against the source register. Filing cadence differs by jurisdiction, so each field shows the date it was retrieved and, for accounts, the period they cover. We do not describe registry data as real-time, because registers do not publish in real time.

Can I search on a national industry code rather than NAICS?

Yes, and it is usually the reason teams move to us. Filter on WZ, ATECO, APE, SBI, CNAE, SIC or the local scheme directly, or use NACE and NAICS when you need a cross-border rollup. Both come back in the export.

Can we run outreach from Global Database, or do we export to another tool?

Both. You can enrol a segment into a multi-step sequence here, mixing emails with call and research tasks, and track delivery, opens, replies and bounces against the same record. Or export to the sequencer you already use. The advantage of sending from here is suppression: when a company is struck off or dissolved mid-cadence, its contacts are paused automatically rather than emailed for another three weeks.

Where does intent data fit?

It does not, and that is deliberate. We publish filed events with a date and a source registry rather than inferred behavioural scores. Teams that want intent signals usually layer a specialist vendor on top and use our registry identifier as the join key, which is cleaner than trusting one vendor for both.

What happens to a list after I export it?

Subscribe the segment and changes keep arriving: status changes, name changes, new filings, new subsidiaries. Through the CRM connectors those updates land on the records themselves rather than in a separate report nobody opens.

Can we redistribute the data inside our own product?

In most cases yes. Bulk export and redistribution rights are part of the standard commercial terms, and AI training use can be licensed. Because we source from primary registries rather than resell another vendor’s file, we are not constrained by an upstream provider’s restrictions.

How do you handle duplicates against our existing CRM?

Matching runs on registry identifier first, then on entity-resolved name and address. Accounts you already own are suppressed from new lists, and existing records are enriched in place rather than duplicated.
