Master Transfer Pricing with First-Party Intelligence
Fuel your comparability analysis and defend your tax positions using direct-from-government financial data and corporate structures across 200+ jurisdictions.
What a rejected set costs.
The licence, not the data.
Studies leave the building into client files, local files and APA submissions. Most database terms restrict exactly that, and per-seat pricing punishes a practice as it grows.
Redistribution written into standard terms. Priced per jurisdiction and per study, never per named user, so adding clients does not multiply the licence.
The audit, and it arrives late.
You sign the study and file it, then defend it three years later against data that has quietly moved underneath you.
Sets sealed against the data as it stood that day, with a change feed that flags a restatement before the examiner finds it.
A population, not one file.
Risk-scoring a taxpayer base means resolving entities across borders and mapping the group above each one, mostly from registries you have no pipeline into.
Registry-sourced accounts and ownership, with the source filing behind every figure an assessment rests on.
Registries publish what they publish.
Some give structured filings. Many give a PDF. A large share of the world still gives a scan of a signed document, in the local language and the local accounting convention.
We collect those filings ourselves and digitise them in house, which is why the comparables you can reach depend on who actually did the collecting.
Build the population before you argue about the method.
A comparability analysis is only as good as the search that produced it. This is the platform that runs it, filtering on described activity, financials, ownership and filing history in a single pass.

Platform search. Counters are live figures; the result rows shown here are fictional entities used to illustrate a transfer pricing screen.
The same activity is coded six different ways.
Every registry uses its own national system. Screen a cross-border population on any single one of them and five of these companies never enter it.
So which layer do you search on?
Every company we hold carries all three at once: the code its own registry filed, the harmonised equivalent, and what the business says it actually does. The one you search on depends on who has to accept the set.
The examiner works in their own system. They expect the code their registry holds, at the vintage it held it.
Both are harmonised to four digits, and our own class carries beyond the EU. They are the only layers that mean the same thing in every country, because national detail below four digits does not travel.
A code records how a company registered itself, often decades ago. Tags record what it says it does now, and we hold the LinkedIn industry alongside them as a cross-check.
A captive distributor is not an independent comparable.
A company inside a multinational group does not price at arm's length. Its margin is the output of somebody's transfer pricing policy.
- Policy, not marketBenchmark against a captive and you are measuring another group's intercompany pricing, not an arm's length outcome.
- Caught before selectionOwnership links are held globally, so the group above a candidate is visible before it reaches the set rather than after a challenge.
- Works in both directionsThe same structure maps your own group perimeter for the master file and for related-party identification.

Describe the search. Keep the query.
Regis is our own AI model, trained on the primary registry data behind the platform rather than on the open web. Ask for a search strategy in plain language and it compiles into the same structured query the filter rail produces.
That distinction matters more here than almost anywhere else. A general assistant can produce a plausible comparable that does not exist. Regis resolves to records that do, each with the filing behind it.
Population built from 612,400 active companies across DE and PL. Activity matched on described business with manufacturing excluded, then screened on turnover band, filing completeness and shareholding.
Every financial field in the result carries the filing it was digitised from.
Pick a number. We will show you the page it came from.
This is one comparable from the set. Every field is one of three things and the record says which: read from the filing, calculated from figures that were, or modelled. Select a field to see where it resolves.

Screen the entire group and everyone who controls it.
A check that stops at the top entity misses the subsidiaries, the branches and the people who sign for them. Exposure sits in the parts of a structure nobody looked up.
- Ownership is resolved from the register first, so the perimeter is not the one the counterparty drew
- Branches and dormant entities are screened, not only the trading subsidiaries
- Indirect holdings are aggregated, so a chain of minority stakes that adds up to control is caught
- Every hit names its list — OFAC, the EU consolidated list, UK OFSI, the UN list or PEP data — with the date it appeared and the instrument behind it
Measured against the database this market runs on.
Orbis is the standard for comparables work and it is bigger than us on almost every count. We have set out where that is true as plainly as where it is not, because you will find out either way.
How to access the data.
Seven routes into the same primary, government-sourced dataset. Pick the one that fits your stack.
API
Query any company by registry identifier. Documented endpoints, JSON responses, provenance on every field.
Bulk data feeds
Full datasets and scheduled deltas, delivered to your warehouse on your cadence.
Assistant connectors
Pull registry data straight into the assistant your teams already use.
CRM
Enrich and monitor accounts inside the system your commercial and finance teams already work in.
Regis AI
Ask in natural language across the dataset and get answers with their sources attached. The same engine runs as an API, so a compiled search strategy can execute inside your own tooling rather than only in the app.
Send us a set that is about to be challenged.
Give us the search strategy behind it. We will rebuild the set from registry filings, put every figure next to the document it came from, and show you which comparables drop once ownership is read from the register.
